Paul B. Bryan, Director

Paul Bryan is a Coach University trained business and life coach. His career started in banking and finance and covered a ten year period replete with transitions. Starting as a management trainee at Mutual Security Bank he progressed through to senior management position at the investment firm, Edward Gayle & Company Ltd. He was involved in two mergers, managed through the Jamaican financial sector meltdown and recovery of the 1990's, and supervised small teams, large teams and remote teams. After 10 years in finance Paul switched careers to coaching and training and from an employee to a business owner.

He has a B. Sc in Economics and Management from the University of the West Indies, a post graduate certificate in Business Administration from The Manchester School of Business, was trained at Coach University, competed the curriculum for Living at Landmark Education and participated in numerous courses in leadership, business management, sales management and self mastery. He currently facilitates the Harvard Business School's E-Learning course, Coaching for Results and was a Leadership Trainer for Landmark Education.

Marco A. Nozicka, LCSW

Marco has lived in the Caribbean for the past 10 years and is the former Head of Organizational Capability at Red Stripe, Kingston, Jamaica, a Diageo Corporation UK, and the former Regional Head of People Development at FirstCaribbean International Bank, headquartered in Barbados. He and his wife currently operate their own Human Resource consulting business located in the Caribbean, and which has recently expanded to Miami, Florida.

Originally from Chicago, Marco operated a successful private therapy and consulting practice there for 12 years. He relocated to San Francisco, California, and made a parallel career change into Human Resources with a focus on Executive Development, Business Performance Coaching, and Strategic Learning and Development. He has been in the Human Resource Organizational Learning profession since 1992 and has developed, or supported, the implementation of a number of highly successful talent management initiatives for diverse organizations across the Caribbean. His consulting practice is focused on the development of individual and organizational capability initiatives and their strategic alignment to business imperatives and profit targets.

Marco completed his undergraduate and graduate studies in Clinical Social Work/Psychology with and interest in organizational behavior and the dynamics of high performance work environments. He received his undergraduate degree at Northeastern Illinois University with a major in Psychology and his Masters Degree at the University of Illinois where he became qualified to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). His Post Graduate studies include training in Structural Strategic Family Therapy, Organizational Dynamics, Employee Assistance Program Design, and Executive Coaching.

Marco has consulted with numerous leaders and organizations in the private, public, and non-profit sector in North America and throughout the Caribbean over the past 18 years including, Grace, Kennedy Ltd., the US Peace Corp., True Value Global, White Cap Corporation, Wilson Sporting Goods, Cable & Wireless, and FirstCaribbean International Bank, to name a few.

Always with a life-long commitment to the philosophy of work-life balance, Marco is an avid health enthusiast and a developing musician on guitar, congas, and percussion. He and his wife, a Caribbean national, enjoy working and traveling in the West Indies and the opportunity to be part of the many unique and rich cultures of its people.

Elaine Wint

Elaine Wint has an outstanding record as a broadcaster and mass communications specialist, and a highly experienced Executive Development and Business Performance Improvement consultant. Elaine has facilitated workshops and media programs in Jamaica, The Bahamas, Barbados, St. Lucia, and Miami.

Her list of clients to date include Advanced Integrated Systems, Cable and Wireless Jamaica, EWA Communications, Jamaica Money Market Brokers, National Commercial Bank, JN Fund Managers, SuperClubs in Jamaica and the Bahamas, Half Moon Hotel, Wyndham Rose Hall, the Tourism Product Development Company and the Post and Telecom Services.

Her awards include the Caribbean Echo President's Award for Outstanding Media Services, the United Nation's Certificate of Merit for Outstanding Services to the International Year of Peace and the Kiwanis Club Distinguished Service Award. She is a member of the Transformation Jamaica Group and an honorary member of the Rotary Club of Lucea.

Fay Pape-Sukhu

Fay is an experienced HR practitioner who has vast understanding working in Jamaica and the wider Caribbean with multi-disciplinary management teams across private and public sectors. Some of the institutions that have benefitted from her expertise are HEART/NTA, Capital & Credit Merchant Bank, RBTT Jamaica Ltd, HRMATT and Life of Jamaica. Fay possesses refined skills in the areas of organizational restructuring and development as well as implementing and coordinating leadership and management development programmes.

A MBA graduate of Barry University, Fay completed her first degree at the University of the West Indies – Mona. She has done stellar work with the Human Resources Management Association of Jamaica as a Director and Conference Chair for their annual flagship event. Fay’s mission is to create and implement organization improvement solutions while improving the human performance capability of the enterprise and enabling them to achieve their key organization goals. Dawn Fuller-Philips

Dawn Fuller Philips is a consummate Learning & Development professional with extensive experience leading best practice learning opportunities. She is an Expert in developing and implementing learning design and delivery that increases bottom-line business results. The Financial Services industry and particularly Jamaica National Building society and Jamaica Co-operative Credit Union League, have benefited from her knowledge, skills and experience. Working at the senior management level and across all functional areas allows her to align a real understanding of management issues and development needs to that of cutting edge learning solutions.

Dawn is a visionary leader who held Board positions at Jamaica National Building Society, JATAD, and the Building Society Co-operative Credit union. Dawn is completing her Doctorate in Management with The University of Phoenix. David Andrade

David P. Andrade has over 20 years of information systems, marketing and business development experience. Mr. Andrade has worked as a consultant with the following clients: Marriott International, The Ritz Carlton, Regent Cruises Hotels and Resorts, The Miami Dolphins Ltd., The Orange Bowl Committee, Fort Lauderdale Hollywood Port and Airport, Fort Lauderdale Convention Center, Broward County Transit, Precision Response Corporation, Phillip Morris USA, MasterCard, The Bank of Boston, Clear Channel Communications and Cable and Wireless.

In 2001, Mr. Andrade founded POWERi Technologies, a full service interactive agency based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and has grown the company to over 100 professionals operating in the United States, Caribbean and Asia. POWERi Technologies has been featured in the Miami Herald, Sun Sentinel, CIO Magazine and Black Enterprise Magazine.

From 1994 to 2001, Mr. Andrade served in a variety of executive roles at NCCI Holdings, Inc. Mr. Andrade was instrumental in leading the company's customer facing divisions through dramatic turnaround efforts, and during this time period was responsible for successfully developing and implementing many large-scale system integration and eCRM projects.

Prior to his career at NCCI, Mr. Andrade worked as a management consultant with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) and AT&T - Bell Labs, specializing in developing strategic process and technological CRM-based solutions for clients in the financial services and telecommunications industries. Mr. Andrade received an MBA from Columbia University in 1994, and a B.S. in Systems Engineering and Management from the University of Pennsylvania in 1989.

He has also completed executive level management courses on operational management at the Harvard Business School and on strategic management at the Wharton School.

Mr. Andrade lives in Weston, Florida and is currently in the process of authoring a book entitled Context Based Leadership.

Margaret Young

Margaret Young is President of Mill Square Group (formerly MJ Young & Associates), a marketing services consultancy specializing in developing and growing profitable customer relationships. Her clients include global enterprises in the telecommunications, travel and hospitality, financial services, pharmaceutical and technology industries.

Most recently, she was General Manager of OgilvyOne Consulting, a marketing and brand consulting division within Ogilvy, the global advertising agency. As General Manager, Margaret was responsible for creating new consulting offerings in brand and marketing strategy development , scenario planning, analytics, customer experience design and database marketing.

Margaret launched her career at IBM in 1976, rapidly progressing through the company. Over the course of her career, she advanced through positions in sales, marketing, forecasting and product management. She was appointed as Assistant to the Chairman, culminating her IBM career as Director of Strategy for IBMÕs US Marketing & Services division.

She then joined Red Shark Technology, a New York multimedia software developer partially funded by IBM, as Vice President of Marketing. Upon Red Shark's acquisition by IBM, Margaret moved to California as Senior Vice President of Consulting Services for Business Design Associates, a global marketing and sales business process, cultural change and executive coaching consulting company with clients in the U.S., Mexico, Chile and Canada.

Margaret joined The Cambridge Group as a Senior Partner, where she sold and led brand strategy and marketing assignments in the financial services, high-technology, utility telecommunications and aerospace industries. As Senior Vice President of Marketing for Parlance Corporation (a GTE Internetworking spin-off) Margaret was responsible for developing and implementing the company's initial business plan.

Margaret received her MBA from Harvard University and BA from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. Margaret is on the Board of Trustees of Trinity College and on the Board of Advisors for freshbaby.com, Souljourn, Inc and Ease of Life. Margaret has been a guest speaker for the American Management Association, Women in Cable and Telecommunications Association, Direct Marketing Association, National MBA Association and American Banking Association. She has also been a guest instructor for Harvard Law SchoolÕs ÒFuture of Professional ServicesÓ course.

Christine Ann Bell

Christine Ann Bell has been a communications specialist for the past 32 years and has been involved in the design and implementation of communications programmes for internal and external publics, as well as in various aspects of media management.

A trained journalist, she received part of her training at the BBC in London, and has since worked in the print and electronic media both in Jamaica and North America. As a Public Relations practitioner, Christine Ann Bell has worked extensively with both quasi-government and private sector organizations throughout Jamaica and the wider Caribbean. She lists among her credits the servicing as a Communications Agency Representative of such highly successful accounts as the Jamaica Tourist Board's "Discover Jamaica " Campaign, and the launch of the Bureau of Standards' Standard Mark of Quality. Other major clients she handled as an Agency representative included IBM Jamaica, Berger Paints Jamaica, and the Jamaica National Export Corporation.

Christine Ann Bell was Corporate Promotions Manager for the ICWI Group of Companies designing and implementing a number of programmes to promote greater cohesiveness among employees of the seven (7) major operating companies and their subsidiaries within the then 26-member Group. Additionally, she co-ordinated the Group-led overseas expansion programme of the member companies including the launch of (then) CitizensBank's Miami Banking Agency and Global Life Assurance Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Life of Jamaica, in the Cayman Islands and The Bahamas.

Christine Ann Bell was President of the Public Relations Society of Jamaica (PRSJ) from 1997 to 1998 and, as a Past President, has lifetime membership on the Association's Executive Committee on which she continues to serve. Additionally, she is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Caribbean Chapter.

Phillippa Sauterel

Ms. Sauterel has an extensive experience in marketing, human resources and finance. She has worked for Manpower Europe SA, one of the world's largest recruitment companies, where she was responsible for competitive analysis and pricing mechanisms across Europe.

Prior to Manpower Europe, Ms. Saurteral worked with Silicon Graphics in Geneva in Finance. Phillippa's industry experience includes services, packaging, computer hardware, retailing, restaurant management, insurance and distribution. In addition to Marketing and general Management skills, her competencies include finances (cash management, treasury, accounting), sales, entrepreneurial management, public speaking and event planning.

A Jamaican national, Ms. Sauterel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from European University in Montreux, Switzerland. Phillippa serves on the committee of the Alliance Franaise in Jamaica from 2002 to the present. Under her pen name, she has published poetry with the Calabash International Literary Festival Trust. She is also a District Leader for Soka Gakkai International.
