1. Strategic Needs Assessment – Through our competency mapping process, we will identify the key leadership competencies needed to achieve your company’s goals.


2. Leadership Development Products – Based on the ”competency roadmap”, we then recommend high quality leadership development tools which have been developed by Harvard Business Publishing.





3. Executive Program Development: We also specialize in the development of customized Senior Executive programs. Starting in 2003, in partenership with Growth Facilitators, we have hosted several leading Harvard Business School Professors – Prof. Robert Kaplan (Balanced Scorecard), Prof Clay Christensen (Innovation) and Prof. Linda Hill (Leadership). Our Process:
At Knowledge Works, we partner with our clients to build a robust leadership development plan.
