Professor Linda A. Hill, is the Wallace Brett Donham Professor of Business Administration and Unit Chair of the Organizational Behaviour Area of the Harvard Business School.

Professor Hill is the Faculty Chair of the Leadership Initiative, an interdisciplinary programme that strives to serve as a catalyst for cutting-edge research and course development. She also chairs the Young President's Organization President's Seminar, an event that brings together some of the world's leading entrepreneurs each year.
